TRUST ADVISORY SERVICES
- Provide advisory services regarding various aspects of rehabilitation
and benefit eligibility
- Function as member of Special Needs Trust Advisory Committees
- Function as consultant to Trustees, Trust Administrators, and Trust
Officers
- Consult with Guardians, Guardian ad litems, Investment Management
Consultants, and Estate Planners regarding the needs of Trust
Beneficiaries
- Assist with development of plan for Special Needs Trust and other
resources to facilitate the utilization of Life Care Plans for trust
beneficiaries
SOCIAL SECURITY EVALUATION
- Consultation with individual with disabling condition(s), their
Family members, and/or their legal representatives
- Assessment, analysis, and organization of necessary educational,
employment, medical and related health care records
- Arrange for updateed evaluations by various medical and allied health
services providers to further determine extent of disability
- Assist with completion of application forms and process for Social
Security Benefits
- Submit Vocational Rehabilitation Assessment report
- Assist with Request for Reconsideration and Request for Appeals
Hearing
- Assist with referral to appropriate legal representative for Appeals
Process
- Provide Expert Testimony at Appeals Hearing regarding capacity to
work as defined by the Social Security Administration
